Depending on their citizenship, applicants can choose the period of stay in Poland: 180 days, 270 days (in the case of a seasonal work visa) or 365 days (the so-called annual or voivodship visa).
You can correctly determine the length of stay, as well as get detailed information about a work visa in Poland on the TBS Global website or consult with employees via WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram.

A half-year visa allows you to stay in Poland for 180 days. An applicant for a work visa must have an invitation to work. This visa can be obtained by citizens of: Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Russia. Remember, the next six-month visa can be obtained only six months after the validity period, or you can apply for a one-year work visa to Poland.
This work visa is issued for seasonal work with the right to stay in Poland for 270 days. You can get a visa at any time, but the validity period of the visa is strictly until December 31. **** Citizens of Russia and the CIS countries, as well as other countries, can get a seasonal visa without restrictions.
An annual visa to Poland is most often issued after half-year work visas have been previously obtained. The processing time for an annual work visa for citizens of Africa, the Middle East and Asia can be extended to 90 days. We draw up the Invitation for the applicants ourselves.

How to get a work permit in Poland?
All documents for the applicant / employee are collected by the employer and submitted to the Voivodeship. The general list of documents must be accompanied by an application, a copy of the schedule, payment of the fee, as well as documents confirming the legal activities of the company in Poland.
Denied permission?
This is possible if false information was provided or the employer was caught in illegal employment. They can also refuse if the applicant / employee does not have the required qualifications.
If, after receiving a work visa, the applicant is denied a permit, then within 2 weeks the decision can be challenged. To do this, you need to contact the Voivodeship again and submit an appropriate application. The exception is made by foreign specialists engaged in research activities.
P.S. Russians can find employment in Poland without a permit, thanks to the simplified visa system between countries. Remember, the presence of a permit confirms the fact of legal presence and work on the territory of Poland.
