The invitation to work must be on the letterhead of the company in which the applicant plans to work. The document must contain the following information:

• Passport data of the applicant / employee;

• Applicant's terms of work;

• Sponsor information;

• Date of registration;

• Seal from the Voivodeship (uzhenda Pratsy).

How to get a work permit in Poland?

All documents for the applicant / employee are collected by the employer and submitted to the Voivodeship. The general list of documents must be accompanied by an application, a copy of the schedule, payment of the fee, as well as documents confirming the legal activities of the company in Poland.

Denied permission?

This is possible if false information was provided or the employer was caught in illegal employment. They can also refuse if the applicant / employee does not have the required qualifications.

If, after receiving a work visa, the applicant is denied a permit, then within 2 weeks the decision can be challenged. To do this, you need to contact the Voivodeship again and submit an appropriate application. The exception is made by foreign specialists engaged in research activities.
