TBS Global takes all reasonable precautions when dealing with applicant documents. TBS Global shall not be liable to the applicant / applicants for any documents lost in transit due to accident, theft, natural disaster or for any other reason beyond TBS Global's /LLC "EVC-Centr"/ control or will not be the result of willful actions, or if the documents are transmitted directly applicant / applicants.
DELIVERY SERVICE
The applicant agrees that the courier acceptance and delivery service through which TBS Global /LLC "EVC-Centr"/ accepts and returns the documents to the applicant belongs to a third party provider. TBS Global /LLC "EVC-Centr"/ does not control or operate the courier company, nor does it control or manage any goods or services provided by the courier company.
TBS Global /LLC "EVC-Centr"/ will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the applicant (s) in the event of delay, loss, loss, damage by the courier company, whether such delay, loss, damage is the result of negligence or accident. incident or other reason. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the one and exclusive liability of TBS Global /LLC "EVC-Centr"/ and / or its representatives in the event of a lost or damaged passport in transit is limited to refunding the amount of fees charged by the Embassy for a replacement passport, a lost / damaged passport as part of the normal application procedure and must assist the applicant with replacement of a lost visa. Such refund of the fee amount will be made by TBS Global /LLC "EVC-Centr"/ to the applicant / applicants only after the applicant / applicants have submitted a receipt of payment issued by the embassy.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICE
Service fees once received by TBS Global /LLC "EVC-Centr"/ from an applicant / agent are not refundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether the desired visa has been issued by the Embassy / Consular Office or a third party accredited visa center.
