How do I get an Invitation?
Depending on the purpose of the trip, tourism or business, TBS Global issues an invitation to Belarus for a period of 5 to 365 days.
Documents for receiving an Invitation

You send this minimum package of documents to the official e-mail: visa@ tbsglobal.ru, where in the subject you must write the Name and Surname of the applicant.
Only such requests for registration of an invitation to Belarus
are accepted by visa officers for work.

A visa to Belarus can be obtained upon arrival at the national airport Minsk or at the Consulate of the Republic of Belarus in the country of residence, if available.
ATTENTION: you may be denied a visa upon arrival. The cost of obtaining a visa at the airport is more expensive than obtaining a visa at the Consulate. If it becomes known that there is a Consulate of the Republic of Belarus in the country of residence, then the consular fee will be charged at a double rate.

You have received an Invitation to Belarus from TBS Global
A scan of the Invitation is sent to your e-mail. The original of the Invitation is sent to the Consular Service at the National Airport of Minsk, if you plan to receive a visa upon arrival.
If you get a visa to Belarus at the place of residence, i.e. at the Consulate of the Republic of Belarus in the country of residence, then the original can be sent there by courier delivery for an additional fee.
